2. I have been buying your unsalted Fancy Nut Mix from London Drugs for sometime now. But lately they have not had it. They just called, advising me that you have discontinued the this, which does not make sense to me. I am emailing to see if this is true. If it is not true, please advise where I can buy your unsalted Fancy Nut Mix. Thank you.

     We do still sell this product however, London Drugs no longer carries this item. Certain T&T stores carry this product. Langley Farm Market and Your Independent Grocer in Coquitlam may carry this item. You can also come to our office here in Richmond at 11760 Machrina Way to purchase this fancy nut mix.

3. I have also been looking for this products at London Drugs as I’ve been buying there for a while. Would you guys please have this products carried at London Drug please? I only see glazed honey mixed nuts there and no one is buying them, really doesn’t make sense to me that you don’t let them sell this anymore. Your Richmond location is open for public purchases? If so, what are the hours that you are open for purchase directly?

     We would love to have more of our products available at London Drugs! Unfortunately we don’t have the final say on which products of ours get listed at London Drugs. I would suggest making a request to London Drugs to continue carrying specific Dan-D-Pak items, as the consumer’s voice carries a lot of weight =)

     Yes our Richmond office is available for cash purchases. We are located at 11760 Machrina Way and our hours are from 9am – 5 pm Monday to Friday

5. I too have been buying the 1 kg unsalted fancy nut mix from London Drugs but they stopped selling it. The response I received from London Drugs following an online inquiry about this product is as follows, in which they imply it was discontinued or wasn’t selling well but I’ve always noticed this product sells quickly:
   “Unfortunately, It has been noted that this product was marked for withdrawal from our shelves. When a product is discontinued by the manufacturer, we have very little notice. When the product is discontinued in our locations, it could be for many reasons, new packaging, recalled, replaced by a different line, or as in most cases, slow sales. ”
   What is the true reason for the lack of availability in Vancouver retail stores? I’ve only seen the smaller size cashews & honey nut versions which are not appealing to me. I just want unsalted dry roasted almonds (which Dan D Pak doesn’t offer) or unsalted dry roasted mixed nuts.

7. Shows on the front picture hazelnut,Brazil nuts, almonds, cashews, and walnuts. I did not have a single walnut in the entire package. Are there walnuts in the mix or just advertising something it doesn’t have? Was very disappointed because I love walnuts and it was one of the reasons I bought the product.

   • Hi there!

     As the label reads, our fancy nut mix contains: almonds, brazil nuts, hazelnuts (filberts) and pecans. The front image is of a pecan and not a walnut. We do sell walnuts in 170 gram bags as well as new 500 g bags!
