Are these vegetable chips gluten free?
Hi Elaine,
Our factory processes wheat so this product may contain traces of wheat in it. In this case we can not claim that this product is gluten free.

Are the Vegetable crisps deep fried…They are much to crunchy to be just dried. If not fried how are they processed? Also, what is the country or countries of origin for the Vegetables? Viet Nam and others?

we need some food labelling laws as to origin of product. Your ‘Product of Vietnam ‘, is written in the tiniest writing of the whole label, right below the two Canadian addresses. A busy shopper can easily be misled, especially if they don’t have magnifying glasses on.
